2025 NJCAA All-American | Volleyball
The NJCAA Volleyball All-American teams have been announced, and six ICCAC student-athletes were selected across Division I and Division II.
In Division I, Indian Hills earned one First-Team All-American selection. ICCAC Player of the Year Asialin Powell was one of the top defensive players in the NJCAA, ranking inside the top 10 nationally in receptions (857), total digs (654) and digs per set (5.36).
In Division II, ICCAC Player of the Year Tayla Sampson leads the group after a dominant season for Iowa Central. A First Team selection,Sampson led all of Division II in total kills (728) and averaged 4.95 kills per set.
Anabel Seaman joins her Triton teammate as an Second Team All-American after finishing the year as one of the top setters in the NJCAA. Seaman posted the second-most assists in Division II (1,438) while averaging 10.06 assists per set.
Two players from Kirkwood were recognized following the Eagles' fifth-place finish at the national tournament.
For the second straight season, Kaci Johnson was named First-Team All-American. Johnson delivered an all-around season with 330 kills, 759 assists, 47 aces, 309 digs and 60 blocks.
In her debut season with the Eagles, Carly Wazac earned Second All-American honors after leading the team with 364 kills while adding 81 blocks.
DMACC libero Lauren Sandvold rounded out the ICCAC selections as a member for the Third Team. Sandvold finished fifth in Division II with 779 digs and ranked inside the top 10 nationally with 848 receptions.
